The Board of the South Blooming Grove Fire District, in the Town of Blooming Grove, County of Orange, State of New York, will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, April 5th. The meeting will begin at 7:00 PM at the South Blooming Grove Firehouse, 819 State Route 208, Monroe NY 10950.

This notice is being posted in accordance with the provisions of Section 94 of the Public Officers Law of the State of New York.

Please take notice that the Proposed Budget of the South Bloomng Grove Fire District of the Town of Blooming Grove, State of New York, will be presented to the Board of Fire Commissioners of the South Blooming Grove Fire District, for its consideration. A public hearing will be held at 8:00 PM at the South Blooming Grove Fire Department Firehouse, 819 State Route 208, Monroe NY 10950, in the Town of Blooming Grove, State of New York on the 20th day of October, 2021. Pursuant to Town Law section 105, the Board of Fire Commissioners must hold a public hearing on the budget, make the proposed budget available to the public prior to the public hearing. This hearing must be held to allow maximum public participation in the hearing. The purpose of this hearing is to allow any person to be heard in favor of or against the proposed budget as it is submitted, or for or against any items contained in the proposed budget, and hearing all persons interested in the subject concerning same.

That a copy of the proposed budget is available at the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Blooming Grove, 6 Horton Road, Washingtonville, New York 10992; and the Office of the South Blooming Grove Fire District Secretary/Treasurer at the South Blooming Grove Fire Department Firehouse, 819 State Route 208, Monroe, NY 10950, where it may be inspected by any interested person.
